Shaun Hartsfield is a native of Pensacola, Florida and a graduate of Pensacola High School. He is an entrepreneur and licensed barber. Mr. Hartsfield is the founder of Hype Pensacola, and uses his organization as an instrument to serve and give back to his community.

Nichole Austin is a graduate of Pensacola High School. She holds a Bachelors in History from Florida A&M University and a Masters in Public Administration from Troy University. Mrs. Austin has worked in the education sector for 10 years, and has been a classroom teacher in Escambia county for 7 years. She is currently certified in grades K-12, and teaches 4th grade at Oakcrest Elementary School.

Victoria Coleman has over 15 years experience in Hospitality Management, Event Coordinating, and Sales. She also has an Associates Degree in Accounting. She has a passion for working hand in hand with young adults to prepare them for the world ahead.

Michael J. Williams, II is an experienced professional in the non-profit field with over 8 years of experience with special attention to the youth and young adults in Washington DC and now back home in Florida. He has helped organize community camps and volunteer opportunities to engage young people in giving back to the community and has served as a Program Manager helping young adults prepare themselves to work for fortune 1000 companies. He believes that when you provide a young person with opportunities and the proper amount of support and expectations, there are no limits to what they can achieve. His experience and training as a Success Coach make him a perfect fit for helping HYPE be a valuable experience for the young leaders in Pensacola.
